Return window
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Exchanges (UK)
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, we offer free UK exchanges, subject to availability.
If you choose to exchange for a different item:
- If the new item costs more, you’ll only need to pay the difference.
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Refunds
If you prefer a refund, you can return your item within the return window.
- Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Return postage costs for refunds are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow 5–10 working days for refunds to appear after processing.
International returns (outside the UK)
For orders delivered outside the UK, we offer returns for refund only.
- International customers have 14 days from receiving their order to request a return.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We are unable to offer exchanges on international orders.
- Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.
- Original shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Item condition
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Faulty items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.
Return Address
Returns are processed at our UK address in Bristol, UK. Address will be provided via email when you begin the process.
